In late September 2023, Mykola Shulga, Principal Research Fellow at the Institute of Sociology, NAS of Ukraine, Doctor of Sciences in Sociology, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, celebrated his 80th birthday.

On such an occasion, we offered him to look retrospectively at the way towards sociology and in sociology in form of a dialogue with the representative of younger generation of sociologists, Oleksandr Shulga, Doctor of Sciences in Sociology.
