Abstract. The report on the press-briefing “Internally displaced persons”: situation and prospects”, which took place on January 30, 2019 at the Ukrainian Crisis Media Center. Author presents the results of a survey conducted by the Institute of Sociology of the NAS of Ukraine during 2015-2018. The survey investigates the common attitude towards internally displaced persons, as well as their opportunities and limitations for political participation. Author analyzes the dynamics of respondents' answers over three years.
